friendly staff excellent location spacious room unprofessional shift misinformed prepayment overspending issue
The hotel staff was really friendly. Our cleaner did a great job. the hotel's location is excellent. it is very central, i felt very convenient. the room was very spacious.
the reception shifts have different attitudes. some shifts are not professional at all. i was misinformed about a prepayment. it caused me to overspend since i booked for a large group.

excellent location short distance french press
The location proved excellent. i found nanjing road just a block away. the metro station was also within walking distance. the hotel provided a french press in the room. I used it daily.
the breakfast variety existed. the breakfast quality did not impress me much.

The hotel is super close to Nanjing Road, so it was easy to explore the area. The room was very spacious and always clean. The hotel staff offered friendly, efficient service from arrival to check-out.
