The hotel staff was really friendly. Our cleaner did a great job. the hotel's location is excellent. it is very central, i felt very convenient. the room was very spacious.

the reception shifts have different attitudes. some shifts are not professional at all. i was misinformed about a prepayment. it caused me to overspend since i booked for a large group.
